Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Ready Mix Connect account and associated personal data without reinstalling the app.
Account deletion is different from an organization administrator making your membership inactive. Inactive status preserves your account and work history. Account deletion removes or de-identifies your personal account information, subject to legitimate record-retention requirements described below.
How to request deletion
- Email support@readymixconnect.com with the subject Ready Mix Connect Account Deletion Request.
- Include the name on the account, the organization or fleet you belong to, and the phone number and/or email address associated with the account.
- We may ask you to verify control of the account or contact information before processing the request. Do not send passwords, SMS verification codes, or other authentication secrets.
What is deleted
After identity verification and processing, RMC will delete or de-identify personal account information that is not required to be retained. This may include account profile information, authentication-linked profile data, preferences, and other personal data associated with the account.
What may be retained
RMC is used to create business and transportation-related operational records. Some records—such as schedules, timesheets, DVIRs, inspections, maintenance records, safety records, and related organization history—may need to be retained by RMC or the organization for legitimate legal, regulatory, security, contractual, fraud-prevention, or business-recordkeeping purposes. When appropriate, the account identity in retained records will be removed, minimized, or de-identified.
Backup copies may remain for a limited period as part of normal backup and disaster-recovery processes.
